Booking Policy

The need to know…

  • Time of arrival

Your booking duration starts at the time it has been confirmed for, rather than the time of arrival. As demand is so high, we are unable to hold the table for longer than 15 minutes, so we recommend you arrive as promptly as possible.

  • What do the different booking types mean?

During our nonpeak sessions, bookings are complimentary although require a card authorisation to secure it. Your seating will be allocated automatically by the system. These bookings are our ‘Table Reservations’. From 6pm Thursday & Sunday, 4pm Friday and 2pm Saturday, our Stage View Tables are £10 per person to book. This payment contributes towards the live music and isn’t redeemable against drinks. Our  Non-Stage View Tables (which are in the main room with the band but have an obstructed view of the stage), are £5 per person to book. All booking fees are none refundable but can be moved to another date at our discretion, with more than 24 hours advance notice.

  • Cancellations and no shows

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may be unable to attend your booking. That’s not a problem, just let us know in advance and we can move your booking to another date of your choosing (subject to availability). We need more than 24 hours’ notice to do this. All fees paid are non-refundable. If you wish to change your booking, please reply to the original booking confirmation you have received.

  • Group Sizes

We also ask that all groups of five people or more are mixed male and female.

  • Multiple Bookings from the same party

In line with our Group Size policy, we are unable to take multiple bookings from the same group for the same time.

  • Table Durations

Our online booking system will offer you the durations available for your party dependant on group size with a standard maximum duration of 2 hours. If you know you would like the table for a longer period, or for the full duration of the evening, we may be able to accommodate this by allotting you a minimum spend. Please email deansgatreservations@oneeightsix.co.uk for more information or to discuss your requirements.

  • How It Works
  • You will no longer be required to wear a mask during your visit with us. We will continue to operate a seated venue, with table service at its core. Your table reservation will offer you and your guests a base to boogie the night away at your table, all we ask is that you are mindful to respect the space of staff and guests.

    • Special Requests

We always consider specific customer requests but cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate them

    • Dress Code

The dress code is smart elegant. To avoid disappointment please refrain from wearing sportswear, beachwear, shorts and hats.
